Pragmatic, No-nonsense & Ambitious

Tiffany has proven to be a savvy corporate and finance specialist who is appreciated for her work in financial transactions. With an interest in business agreements, she advises clients on the most efficient and practical way to set up their commercial and finance contracts.

 

Tiffany was born and raised in Curacao and obtained her master’s degree in law at the University of Tilburg. For the past 6 years, she worked at VanEps.

 

Fun fact about Tiffany:

She loves to eat but hates supermarkets 🙂

Tiffany is also a member of the supervisory board of Fundashon Fiansa Popular.

Sixiènne Jansen

Determined, Passionate & Reliable

Sixiènne is an enthusiastic attorney who can easily switch between solving legal issues and providing hands-on assistance to her clients. With her broad interests she works on corporate, M&A and financial regulatory matters. Since competition law was introduced in Curacao in 2017, she has also developed a particular interest in competition law in the Dutch Caribbean.

 

After graduating from the VU University of Amsterdam, Sixiènne started her career as a legal consultant at Deloitte Amsterdam. She worked for 5 years at VanEps as an attorney.

 

Fun fact about Sixiènne:

She grows fruits and vegetables in her own garden.

Sixiènne is a board member of the judicial youth services foundation of Curacao (AJJC) and is a supervisory director of Selikor N.V.

 

Due to a long-time passion for people within organizations, she also provides human capital advice as a certified HR Business Partner and performance coach.

Tessa Breugom

Resilient, Responsible & Thorough

Over the past 7,5 years Tessa has demonstrated to be a skillful litigation lawyer who has successfully represented her clients in Court. The vast majority of them being ministers, public entities and large companies. Tessa is mainly specialized in public law, public servant law, employment law and procedural law.

 

She graduated in October 2014 and immediately thereafter started working as a lawyer for VanEps. After having worked there for 6 years, she became a lawyer for the National Office for the Caribbean Netherlands (Rijksdienst Caribisch Nederland/RCN). She stayed there for 1,5 years.

She secretly eats the candy that her kids bring home after a birthday party.

Mijanou de Paula

Reliable, Hardworking & Loyal

Mijanou was born and raised in Curaçao and has vast experience in secretarial and office management support.

With over 25 years of experience in the tax, accountancy, and legal industry, Mijanou has established herself as a dependable, diligent, and trustworthy professional. Motivated by a desire for flexibility and freedom, she embarked on her entrepreneurial journey, founding her own company to provide passionate support to those in need. This path led her to join the esteemed team at LEXXĪO, where she now contributes her expertise.

Mijanou values the success of the team above personal interests, prioritizing collaboration, assistance, and respect. She believes that effective communication is the key to resolving challenges and achieving optimal outcomes.

With a passion for cars, she immerses herself in the world of drag races, takes pride in washing her own car, and regularly engages in buying and selling cars. She loves to take pictures, especially selfies, that’s how she gained the title of the Selfie Queen
